Meet Tracy Kroeker - Your Virtual Psychologist

I’m Tracy and I’m passionate about helping individuals find calm and strength in a busy world.

With years of experience in both public health and private practice, I specialize in anxiety, depression, workplace stress, school stress, relationship stress, burnout, and behavioural health (i.e. creating healthy daily habits including getting sleep on track).

Licensed in Alberta, Newfoundland and Labrador, and Yukon, I bring virtual therapy to clients across 6 regions of Canada - from urban hubs like Calgary to remote communities like Nunavut.

My approach blends evidence based frameworks such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), with practical strategies tailored to your life.

Let’s work together to build a calmer, stronger you.

A little more about me…

I completed my Master of Counselling degree through Gonzaga University in 2016 followed by post graduate training at the Calgary Counselling Centre which wrapped up late 2017. I was then able to become a Registered Psychologist in early 2018.

I worked as a Behavioural Health Consultant in Primary Care through AHS for a few years. This is where I gained a foundation and passion for behavioural health coaching in brief, focussed sessions.

I decided to leave AHS and venture out on my own in late 2021, which is when TDK Counselling was born.

My experiences, both professionally and personally, have led to a passion for blending the emotional and cognitive psychological work with practical behavioural components to move people from stuck to thriving.
