    This is a chance for us to get a bit of a sense of each other and determine if we’d be a good fit to work together. It won’t be a place to dive into any issues and it’s not required prior to booking a session. However, it is an available option if you’d like a brief chat before booking.

    Individual Counselling Session (50 mins)

    This is the core work — going beneath the surface to understand what's keeping you stuck and build real traction toward change. Sessions are a blend of honest exploration, values-based insight, and practical strategy. We move at a pace that works for you, with ACT as the primary framework guiding the work.

    Each session is $235 for 50 minutes. We will use either my secure video platform or phone.

    Behavioural Health Coaching (30 mins)

    Sometimes you don't need to go deep — you need to get moving. These focused 30-minute sessions are built around practical strategies, habit change, and accountability. Grounded in the same ACT and behavioural frameworks as my counselling work, but faster and more action-oriented.

    A good fit if you're feeling stuck in a specific area and want targeted support without the longer commitment of full counselling sessions.

    Each session is $120 for 30 minutes. We will use either my secure video platform or phone.
